By accessing, registering on, or using the ph876 platform (the "Platform"), including the website at ph876.net and any associated mobile applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ph876 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph876 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. ph876 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by ineligible users.

To access the full features of the ph876 Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on ph876. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph876 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph876 account.
• ph876 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
• ph876 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion.

As part of ph876's Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance obligations, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform are permitted. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

ph876 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph876 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the issuing institution. ph876 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within the same business day, subject to bank processing times. ph876 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ph876 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• ph876 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

All games available on the ph876 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the user.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph876.

The ph876 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph876. You may not use any ph876 trademark without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph876, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph876 Platform.

ph876 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

ph876 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the ph876 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph876 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, ph876 will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph876 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

ph876 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ph876 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the ph876 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
